In 1925 Forrest Shoemaker, a Tulsa pioneer in air conditioning, started the company currently known as Shoemaker Mechanical. As an early innovator the company has always installed state-of-the-art equipment in area residences and commercial buildings. Today the tradition continues with third generation family management of one of Tulsa’s oldest and most respected family owned business. The company has always played a significant role in the growth of the community. Serving such notable Tulsa companies as The Atlas Life Building, Public Service Company of Oklahoma, McDonnell Douglas, Rockwell International, Boeing Company, Hillcrest, St. Johns Medical Center and Southwestern Bell Corporation has kept Shoemaker in the forefront of commercial mechanical contracting. Coupled with preeminence in Tulsa’s corporate community is Shoemaker’s long-standing reputation for excellence and integrity in providing superior residential installations to area homeowners.
